Nigeria National team captain Ahmed Musa has rejoined Nigeria Premier League side, Kano Pillars In’t FC until the end of the 2020/2021 season.
The former Leicester City and CSKA Moscow winger, who is currently a free agent, rejoined his former club for the rest of the season.
Musa has been unemployed since mutually terminating his contract with Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr around six months ago.
Musa’s market value has been estimated at four million euros, €14m less than his highest market value he attained in May 2016.
Ahmed Musa is ranked the fourth most expensive player without a club by celebrated transfer market website Transfermarkt.
Musa played for Kano Pillars in 2009 where he was top scorer of the Nigerian league with 18 goals and he is likely to make his debut against Warri Wolves at Ozoro Poly Stadium when the second half of the season resume.
