As the maiden edition of the Nigeria Bundesliga International Scouting tournament kicks off today at the Dipo Dina stadium, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, Eintracht Frankfurt Sporting Director Frank Sebastian has stated that they are in Nigeria to scout for the next Victor Osimhen.

The maiden edition of the of the Nigeria/ Bundesliga scouting competition officially kick off today in Ijebu-ode with 12 teams divided into four groups of three.

Eintracht Frankfurt Sporting Director Frank Sebastian who is in partnership with Dino SC, the host of the scouting programme believed they can get the next set of future stars from this tournament.

“We are here to get another Victor Osimhen, its a going to be a mixture of talents, and physical and mental strength, they should have the spirit of sportsmanship and good behavior on the pitch.

“We trust Dino Sporting, Nigeria. We believe we can get what we want from here.”

Also speaking, Samuel Columbus Omomafe the owner and CEO of Dino Sporting Club stated the scouting tournament will be expanded in future to accommodate other teams from abroad

“It’s the first edition, and our plan is to make the best of it.”

“We have plans to expand and involve other clubs from a different territories.”

“It’s an initiative that’ll last for long time.”

“Dino Sporting Club is known for excellence, that will always be our standard.”

The tournament is designed to promote grassroot football in Nigeria and to help youngsters fulfill their dream of becoming professional football players.

In addition, the winners will take home the grand prize and lucky players selected from the tourney will have the chance to play professional football in Germany.
