Born in 1990, Natalie Simon was delegated for the center Referee role after severally serving as a fourth official in the Major Soccer League – MLS.
The 33-year-old is one of the four American women with a FIFA refereeing badge and the first African-American to hold one.
Born in Louisiana, Simon started her referee career in 2022, and today she was in charge of the game between San Jose and Real Salt Lake.
