Zambia Under-20 coach Perry Mutapa has made three changes to the team which beat Namibia 1-0 in a Group B opener. Derrick Bulaya, Prince Mumba and Peter Banda start ahead of Jimmy Mukeya, Andrew Phiri and Patrick Gondwe, who picked an injury in last Friday’s win.
