The host country of the 2021 Africa Cup Of Nations, Cameroon have released their provisional squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations next month after head coach Antonio Conceiçao Oliviera names a 40-man list for the tournament.
The squad will be trimmed down to 28 at most for the tournament finals following the decision of CAF to increase the squad number of each team from 23 to 28.
The 33rd edition will kick off on January 9th with the host and Five times winners Cameroon to open the showpiece against Burkina Faso runners up of the 2013 AFCON, at the Olembe Stadium in Yaounde.
Cameroon is group A with Burkina Faso Cape Verde and Ethiopia.
