The Atlas Lions of Morocco departs for Yaounde, Cameroon today for the 2021 AFCON.
The team had their last training on Saturday, January at the Mohammed VI complex training complex in Maâmora, before flying off to Cameroon, where they are due to take part in the African Cup of Nations (AN) , is scheduled from January 9 to February 6.
The Moroccan team will be departing for Cameroon with the 20 players in camp while others will join the national team directly in Yaoundé, the Cameroonian capital.
During the final stages of this 33rd edition of the CAN, Morocco will play in Group C alongside Ghana, Gabon and Comoros.
The Atlas Lions will start the tournament against the Black Stars of Ghana on January 10 in Yaoundé.
