Hyacinth named man of the match as Dino SC bounced back to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Dannaz FC in the 2021/2022 season of the Creative Championship Cup.
Dannaz got off to a flying start when David Idezi opened the scoring in the first minute of action. However, leading scorer Elijah Adekunle levelled from the spot in the 22nd minute to bring coach Gibson Godwin’s men back into the game.
After the break, the visitors took the initiative to go for broke and were rewarded in the 63rd minute through teenage winger Hyacinth Ogonna, who got his second goal in two games.
Man of the match, Hyacinth Ogonna of Dino SC was quite decisive in the final third. His impressive performance helped Dino SC in getting a victory over in form Dannaz FC.
Dino SC will be on bye in the next fixtures while Dannaz will up against Beyond Limits on matchday 4.
